"We are so pleased with the Freezerworks upgrade. It makes data entry using the Batch Entry feature so much faster. Batch Update allows us to update sample information, aliquots and transactions quickly and efficiently. The Shipping feature allows us to select the samples, adjust the volume and update transactions in one step. The advanced search, which allows you to save a search and go back to it later, is also fantastic. All in all, I think Dataworks Development has done a fabulous job of listening to their customers and providing them with the type of features that makes our jobs more cost and time efficient."

Error –10002. The database cannot be used
In most cases, this error indicates that Freezerworks Server is not running. Check the server to see if Freezerworks Server needs to be restarted.
