"We are so pleased with the Freezerworks upgrade. It makes data entry using the Batch Entry feature so much faster. Batch Update allows us to update sample information, aliquots and transactions quickly and efficiently. The Shipping feature allows us to select the samples, adjust the volume and update transactions in one step. The advanced search, which allows you to save a search and go back to it later, is also fantastic. All in all, I think Dataworks Development has done a fabulous job of listening to their customers and providing them with the type of features that makes our jobs more cost and time efficient."

Freezerworks FAQ
Freezerworks closes when I select the file to import.
Verify that you have configured a default printer. Freezerworks will close if it cannot locate a default printer for printing error reports.
