Sales Representative position available in software development firm serving the medical research community. Duties include developing new contacts and interacting with existing customers to increase sales. Some travel will be required. Successful applicant will have the following experience and/or skills: - 1 to 3 years progressively responsible outbound calling experience preferred.
- Experience selling software solutions preferred.
- Consultative selling experience preferred.
- Lead generation and qualification using Internet and telephone resources
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly energetic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Salesforce.com helpful
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Contact with or experience in Research/Clinical Laboratory a real plus.
