Available RAM: 1 GB minimum. 8 GB Recommended
OS Compatibility - Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, XPPro, Vista, (Windows 7 will be compatible with upcoming version 5)
→ Client/Server requires TCP/IP networking protocol
For Client/Server installations, a server dedicated solely to Freezerworks Unlimited is recommended. Will operate in VMware environment.

Minimum Configuration - Windows
Pentium III - Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 7 - 512 Mb RAM (1 GB recommended) - 1280 x 1024 monitor resolution
Minimum Configuration - Mac OS
Mac Intel or PowerPC (G5 recommended) processor (MacIntel only for Freezerworks UL Server)
Mac OS 10.4.5 and higher - 512 Mb RAM (1 GB recommended) - 1280 x 1024 monitor resolution
Other recommendations:
Multiple Cores - upcoming 5.0 release will be able to take advantage of multiple cores. The more users and larger the database, the more multiple cores will enhance performance. A standard 2 user system with a small number of records will not benefit from multiple cores
RAID: software RAID is good for redundancy, but not for performance. Hardware RAID will enhance performance.
For Client/Server installations, a server dedicated solely to Freezerworks Unlimited is highly recommended.
*Please note that these are the minimum requirements. While Freezerworks will function with these minimums, depending on the size of your database and number of clients, increased memory and faster processors may be necessary to obtain optimum performance.
